From: Work related cardiovascular load in professional dance teachers – a pilot study

Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

- at least 20 years old

- full-time activity as a dance instructor

- Lessons in at least one of the following dance styles: classical dance, modern dance, jazz dance, creative children’s dance/early dance education

- employed or freelance

- at least 10 lessons per week

- at least 20 h of total working time per week

- exclusively teaching professional dancers

- acute or chronic injuries, and/or illnesses contradicting the typical teaching load

- Failing to meet the inclusion criteria

- Long-term cardiovascular medication
